This Privacy Policy explains how BeMinded ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. BeMinded is developed and operated by AdLuna Labs, a brand of UAB DALYKAI, a company registered in Lithuania.

We built BeMinded with privacy as a core principle. In short: we do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data. Everything the App does happens locally on your device.

## The short version

- We do not collect any personal data.
- We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising.
- We do not use any third-party SDKs that collect data.
- We do not have user accounts or require you to sign in.
- Your goals, app selections, and settings never leave your device.

## What data we process

BeMinded is designed to function entirely on your device. The following information is created and stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

- Your personal goals — the text you write to motivate your focus.
- Your app and category selections — the apps you choose to block.
- Your settings and preferences — including schedules, limits, and streak history.

To provide its core blocking feature, BeMinded uses Apple's Screen Time framework (the FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity APIs). When you select apps to block, these selections are represented by opaque tokens managed entirely by Apple's operating system. We never receive, see, or store the identity of the apps you select — this information stays within Apple's on-device system and is not accessible to us.

## Data we do not collect

We want to be explicit. BeMinded does not collect or process any of the following:
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, device ID).
- Usage analytics or behavioral data.
- Location data.
- Crash or diagnostic data.
- Contacts, photos, or any other device content.
- Advertising identifiers.

Because we collect no data, there is no data for us to sell, share, or lose in a breach.

## Subscriptions and payments

BeMinded offers an optional Premium subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
Apple may share limited, anonymized transaction and subscription status information with us (for example, whether a subscription is active) so that we can provide Premium features. This information is handled in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive any information that personally identifies you.

## Children's privacy

BeMinded is intended for use by adults who wish to manage their own device usage. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). BeMinded is not a parental control product.

## Your rights

Because we do not collect or store any of your personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on our servers. All of your information lives on your device and is fully under your control. You can remove it at any time by deleting the App.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you retain all rights afforded under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we act as neither a data controller nor a data processor of any personal data, these rights are satisfied by the fact that your data never leaves your possession.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because the App collects no data, any future changes would relate only to clarifications or new features, and we are committed to maintaining our privacy-first approach.
